Château Chantelys is first and foremost the story of a family, Christine Courrian, energetic and passionate, when she took over the reins of the family estate from her father in 1983, Chantelys only had a few vines replanted after the frosts of 1956. As a sincere Médoc winegrower, she develops the production until reaching today 16 hectares cultivated traditionally, here we plow the vines and we continue the harvest by hand. It will also ensure the marketing of its Médoc appellation wine. Open all year round, Château Chantelys has resolutely turned towards wine tourism, where conviviality is essential. Here, of course, you learn to taste the wines but also to appreciate a sunset over the vines or to enjoy exhibitions or concerts regularly offered.

Price: free visit and tasting
Conditions of visit: visit without reservation.
Saturday: guided tour of the hat exhibition and technical installations, demonstration of hat making, catering and wine tasting until 22 p.m.
Sunday: visit and tasting of the estate by reservation.

To welcome the youngest, the estate offers a visit for children similar to that of adults.
A stemmed glass and explanations with an adapted speech are offered to children.
The Château takes pleasure in sharing its domain with families and their children.

Château Chantelys is committed to respecting the environment, it does not use weed killers, plows its land and picks up by hand.
