We forget about diets and we have fun

The South West is well known for its conviviality and its local products. Oysters from the Médoc, poultry and foie gras, estuary fish, lamb, fatty beef, Médoc granary… will garnish your table. What could be tastier than a good grilled rib steak on vine shoots, or a Pauillac lamb chop with thyme and wine salt?

For "specialists" there is of course large tables, but you can also enjoy a more modest budget offering traditional restaurants at the farmers' markets, passing by the taverns at the edge of the water ... And then of course, you have to have fun by tasting (moderately) a "good Médoc". From the most prestigious wines to the most modest (and also very good) estates, you will be spoiled for choice to titillate your taste buds.
