In this family property – the Courrians have lived in Blaignan-Médoc since 1877 and have owned Château Tour Haut Caussan since 1981 – the harvest is carried out by hand and the AOC Médoc wines are aged in barrels in a huge cellar that you can visit. during your visit to Blaignan. Fabien Courrian, who oversees the destiny of the vines and the cellar, tells you the story of Château Tour Haut Caussan and the characteristics of the wines aged and bottled on the property. He also introduces you to the mill restored by the Compagnons du Devoir in XNUMX before ending with a tasting of the property's wines.
