After a guided tour in the cellars where we present our techniques for accompanying the vines, winemaking and aging, our choices, our convictions, we taste, around a plate of local products, 5 of our vintages, including the en primeur wine that we collect together in the barrels.
We continue with our rosé, Les Roses de Marie, and our spirit drink, noGGIN, two pretty freshnesses, also made from our grapes, accompanied by some homemade cannelés.
