Ampelography, to understand everything about our grape varieties and our blending and aging techniques.
Together, we take a sample of the en primeur wine, blended, and a sample of the wine of each variety, unblended, from the barrels. With their bay, we can thus compare the wealth and contribution of each.
We then go to the Wine Bar to taste 3 other vintages around a local dish; we continue with our rosé, Les Roses de Marie, and our spirit drink, noGGIN, two pretty freshnesses, also made from our grapes, accompanied by some homemade cannelés.
