Château de Côme, bought in 1997 by Baron Velge, is the only certified organic Château in Saint-Estèphe today.
From the best clay-limestone terroirs of the appellation, Maurice Velge produces this "boutique wine" with a strong personality, thanks to the close collaboration between its technical director José Bueno, trained for 23 years at Philippe de Rothschild, and a team close-knit and dynamic.
