The Sallette family, owners from father to son, have this passion for wine which they combine with modernity, and have been able to develop the techniques necessary and essential to the quality of the product of their harvest. In order to personalize their production, they decided in 1993 to market to an elite of consumers, their product elaborated in a cellar with shimmering colors while preserving the ancestral customs of wine making. Thanks to respect for the vegetative cycle of the vine, low yields and sorting of the harvest, the Sallette family ensures the quality of the grapes that enter the 30Ha vat room.
