A Spa accessible from 10 a.m. to 20 p.m. all year round (shared with the owners) and two pretty terraces, one in height, will allow you to bask, a book in hand and the other to share convivial meals around a barbecue or a plancha. Inside, the living room consists of a lounge area with home cinema, board games and its dining area with integrated kitchen. A shower room/wc on the ground floor. Laundry area. Upstairs 2 bedrooms (a bed 160x200 / and 140x190). An enclosed garden.
