With an area of 12,5 hectares, the vineyard has expanded since its acquisition through four waves of expansion, in part by parcels of renowned classified growths of the Saint-Julien appellation. Fragmented, the vineyard of Teynac requires a great reactivity from the vine, and the excellence of the different terroirs allows hand-sewn vinification to produce wines of great precision. To taste Teynac is to get as close as possible to the Saint-Julien appellation, wines marked by density, complexity and a certain elegance.
