5th Grand Cru Classé in Pauillac, located at the gates of Pauillac and overlooking the Gironde estuary, the Lynch-Bages vineyard extends over the Bages plateau, one of the most beautiful gravel hills in the town. Formerly owned by the illustrious Lynch family, of Irish origin, the estate was bought in 1939 by Jean-Charles Cazes. Combining wine and the cultural world, the ambition of the Cazes family has always been to place Lynch-Bages at the heart of the promotion of a lifestyle that is shared today at Relais & Châteaux Cordeillan-Bages and at the village of Bages.
