Its vineyards border the appellation of Saint-Estèphe to the south and spread out to the east, on the gravelly hillsides, overlooking the Gironde. The Cave Coopérative La Paroisse brings together 27 winegrowers who work their vines with passion and tradition, in association with the men from the cellar who lovingly vinify and age a quality wine. The cooperative has 65 tanks and modern facilities.
You are welcomed by Julien Ribas, the cellar master, who invites you to follow him into the cellar. Here, the vinification is done in the traditional way. La Cave Coopérative La Paroisse vinifies the harvest of 55 hectares of vines and advises all member winegrowers in the conduct of their wine and accompanies them in a quality approach. Come and judge the result during the tasting that will conclude your visit.
