Coming from winegrowing families, the young couple, formed by Blandine and Jérémy, decided to embark on the wine adventure by giving life to their own farm in 2014. Just from the grandfather's vines, everything had to be created and build everything.
Their passion for nature has guided them towards running the vineyard in organic farming from 2018. A year later, the young couple gave birth to the 1st vintage of Château Peylaby.
Their dynamism constantly advances their exploitation: wine without sulphite, aging in amphorae, respect for the lunar calendar and nature in general ...
