Winegrower of the commune of Bégadan with its vineyard located on the gravelly hilltops of "BY" of the Médoc appellation, Gildas presents his family estate. Passionate about his job as an artisan winemaker, Gildas works throughout the year on the 5 hectares of Château Garance Haut Grenat. It introduces you to the particularities of traditional wine production: working the soil without chemical weedkillers, harvesting entirely by hand, vinification in stainless steel vats and aging for 12 to 18 months in barrels (including 30% new barrels). Wines of character elaborated to bring you pleasure.
Due to works, only tastings are offered at the estate.
