The Château des Moulins has belonged to the Prevosteau family for 6 generations. They succeeded the monks of the Abbey of Vertheuil who had started cultivating vines in the XNUMXth century.
The current owner, Jean Charles Prevosteau took over the operation in 1992 with 3.5ha of vines in the Médoc. He enlarged the property to 14ha today: 9ha in Médoc château des Moulins and 5ha in Haut Médoc château Moulin des Moines cru bourgeois since 2014 and HVE3 since 2019.
The property has a reception area for motorhomes.
From January 2022, an unusual cottage will be available for rent. it is a mill dating from 1773, restored, located in the heart of the vineyards of the property.

The Château des Moulins has been certified in High Environmental Value level 3 since 2019 for the preservation and respect of the environment.
