Between Pauillac and Lesparre-Médoc, stop at the Château d'Osmond in Cissac-Médoc, not far from the prestigious terroirs of Saint-Estèphe or Margaux. Less than 10 km from the Gironde estuary, Frédéric MORLIER invites you to discover his family wine property, one of the 47 estates appearing on the classification of the Médoc artisan crus.
He explains the different characteristics of sustainable production, which aims in particular to significantly limit the impact of wine-growing on the environment, whether it is for cultivating vines or for vinifying with natural yeasts. Then he accompanies you to the winery where dozens of oak barrels are neatly lined up. Your visit ends with a tasting of AOC Haut-Médoc wines, bottled on site.
