Between Pauillac and Lesparre-Médoc, stop at the Château d'Osmond in Cissac-Médoc, not far from the prestigious terroirs of Saint-Estèphe or Margaux. Less than 10 km from the Gironde estuary, Frédéric MORLIER invites you to discover his family wine property, one of the 47 estates appearing on the classification of the Médoc artisan crus.
It explains the different characteristics of a reasoned production aiming in particular to strongly limit the impact of the viticultural activity on the environment whether it is to cultivate the vine or to vinify with natural yeasts. Then he accompanies you into the cellar where the dozens of oak barrels are wisely lined up. Your visit ends with a tasting of AOC Haut-Médoc wines, bottled on site. Visit of the collection of grape varieties, vats and tables.
