It is on the prestigious gravel terraces of Saint-Estèphe that the gem of the Médoc is revealed, Château Lafon-Rochet 4th Grand Cru Classé in 1855, the latest acquisition of the Lorenzetti family.
With a history spanning almost five centuries, the estate opens its doors to you so you can discover all the expertise of the teams who bring it to life.
Let yourself be guided and come and discover the typicality of our Saint-Estèphe terroir as well as the winemaking and maturing methods of each of our wines.
This timeless interlude will end with a tasting of the estate's wines.

Opening
From April to October, the estate is open for visits from Monday to Saturday from 09 a.m. to 13 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 18 p.m.
The property is closed on Sundays, public holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

Discovery of the vines
You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge with an outdoor visit to the vineyard plots of the estate.
Environmental approach
Château Lafon-Rochet has been involved in the first grouping around the EMS (Environmental Management System) since 2015 and has been certified High Environmental Value level 3 (HVE) since 2017.
The weight of the bottles has also been reduced since 2017 (less 100gr per bottle).
Since 2021, the estate has been working in agroecology and is in Organic Agriculture conversion.
