It is essential to properly capture your event! We therefore draw your attention to the following points:

  1. Complete information
    As the entry of your information is computerized, and in order to avoid being unable to validate your event (limited number of characters, incorrectly entered times, etc.), we thank you forbe as accurate as possible in entering your ads.
  2. Continuous communication
    We invite you to send us your announcements throughout the year. These will be presented on the website of the Tourist Office, after validation by us.
  3. Validation
    The Médoc-Vignoble Tourist Office
    – will be able to validate your event only if it takes place on one of its 18 municipalities of competence
    - reserves the right to validate or not an animation if he deems it not appropriate
  4. Attractive visuals
    Please provide Virginie directly by e-mail at info@medocvignoble.com with your poster or photograph in order to have at least one visual to insert. In which case, we will use a “neutral” image.
