Unique in Médoc, this magnificent church was erected in two periods, 100 years apart from 1750 and 1850. It is still considered today as one of the most beautiful collections of 884th century religious art produced in Gironde. Richly decorated and fully restored by the Beaux-Arts workshops, it offers an enormous central altarpiece (Romanesque Baroque) topped with volutes covered with golden palms, magnificent paintings, one of which by the painter Laporte is listed, a red marble pulpit ... Note also a beautiful gallery on pillars built in the XNUMXth century to receive the Werner organs made up of XNUMX pewter pipes built by the master Maille. The acoustics are so good that many concerts are given in this church.
A wonder as the monument is elegant.
