The Médoc-Vignoble Tourist Office informs you:
“Passionflower”, a day dedicated to plants, seeds and sharing knowledge!
"Let the little papers speak" will be the favorite song of this fall fair. Indeed, paper is made of cellulose and cellulose is derived from plants, and more often from wood or cotton fabrics.
The knowledge and know-how of Frédéric Gironde, a paper craftsman based in Margaux and the facilitators of the Moulin de Brousses (11) present during the day, will introduce us to papers made from linen, hemp, olive leaves, grape stalks, mustard straw... and... horse manure! Horses cannot digest cellulose, and save a step: grinding.
So an original theme for the La Passiflore fair with explanations and demonstrations. And the watermark as the highlight.
