You embark on board Ilout for a journey of about 15 minutes towards the island of Patiras.
The Refuge team welcomes you to the Patiras Refuge pontoon for an all-inclusive lunch where you taste products from the estuary and its banks followed by a guided tour of the lighthouse to enjoy a unique panorama of the estuary and vineyards.
