Paul Dumains Space

Departure from the Paul Daumains area opposite the town hall. Turn right south on rue du Général de Gaulle and continue on rue Clément Lemaignan. Leave the village, you arrive at Château Réal.

Chateau Réal

Continue for 80 m after the Château Réal, then turn left. Continue until the goose paste where you will turn right, until Antognan.

Once in Antognan take the first right which will lead you to the D2. Continue for 300 m south-west on the D2 where you will see your first vineyard hut on your left.

First vineyard hut

Continue for a hundred meters until you reach the Calupeyre road where you turn right, then immediately left. Continue to the end of the path where you will see your second vineyard hut

Second vineyard hut

Retrace your steps, to Antognan, then continue until the next goose paste. Take a few moments to see the Château Saint Paul on your right.

At the goose paste, turn left. On your right, the old dovecote of the XNUMXth century Bardis castle, then the Charmail castle at the bottom. You will pass in front of the Ecomusée, on your right and cross Bardis. Always on your right you will find the fountain and its washhouse.

Pontoise-Cabarrus

Go up to reach an intersection where you turn right and immediately left along the wall of the Château Pontoise-Cabarrus, then immediately right. You are again in the vineyards and head east. As you progress, a view of the vineyard and the estuary opens up to you.

Sociando mallet

A little further on, turn right. It is a path that will take you to the Sociando-Mallet castle. You then descend to the left and lower down, you will discover several vineyard huts and an anti-hail cannon.

Carmail

Do not hesitate to move away from the path to see more closely those that you see in the distance. Then retrace your steps. Take the course again through vineyards, follow a small road to the right bordered by large oaks. Just after, you still have a hut and you will then have to turn left and climb up the hill for a 360 ° panorama of the estuary, the marsh and the vineyards.

End of the course

Continue the walk in the middle of the vineyard, discovering other castles, while returning to the village. Go forward to rue George Mandel where you will take a right, and immediately left through the passage of May 8, 1945. Go forward to rue Jean Moulin where you will turn right. Continue to the Ru du Général de Gaulle where you turn right and reach your starting point.
